RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

At Kamsi TCharles, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with great attention to detail. Our designs, especially the suits, are made to order rather than ready-to-wear. As a result, the timelines provided include dedicated time for careful production and finishing before shipment.

1. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via DHL Express or approved express courier partners. Estimated delivery time: 3-4 working days worldwide after shipment, subject to customs clearance.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

2. Return Window

Our return policy lasts 7 working days from the date you receive your order. If 7 working days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.

3. Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, all the following conditions must be met:

1. The customer must notify Kamsi TCharles within 48 hours of delivery of the intention to return.

2. The item must be:

  •  Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In the same condition as received

  • Returned with original tags, packaging, and accessories

3. The customer must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Failure to meet any of the above conditions automatically voids return eligibility.

4. Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange

The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Bespoke or custom-made items

  •  Items made to customer measurements

  •  Items altered at the customer’s request

  •  Sale or discounted items

  • Items with visible signs of wear, use, damage, stains, or odor

  • Items returned after 7 working days from delivery

  •  Items returned without prior authorization

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply only in the following cases:

  • Bespoke or altered orders where adjustments were made to the brand’s original design

  • Situations where a replacement is not feasible and a partial resolution is agreed upon in writing.

   All partial refunds are at the sole discretion of Kamsi TCharles.

6. Refund Approval Process

Once a returned item is received:

1. It will undergo inspection and quality verification

2. You will be notified via email of:

  • Receipt of the item

  •  Approval or rejection of the return/refund

If approved:

  •  A replacement will be sent or

  • A refund will be processed to the original payment method

Processing timeline: Up to 30 days, depending on payment provider and banking institutions.

7. Late or Missing Replacement

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • The item is defective, or

  • The wrong item was sent due to our error

9. Gifts

  1. If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, an approved return will be issued as a gift credit.

  2.  If the item was not marked as a gift, any replacement or resolution will be issued to the original purchaser.

10. Shipping Costs

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  2. Shipping fees are non-refundable

  3. If a refund is approved after return, original shipping costs will be deducted

  4.  For replacements: Customers pay shipping unless the error was caused by us

11. Risk & Responsibility

  1. Delivery timelines may vary by location

  2. For returns valued over $75, customers are strongly advised to use a trackable shipping service or insurance

  3.  Kamsi TCharles is not responsible for returned items lost in transit
